My Favorite past time I spent is into swimming pool

You have to believe in yourself not only in swimming you have to trust yourself. I am a single girl who needs no body makes people comfortable. My mom is right in this, appearance is everything and appearing to have no one is like swimming alone.

I was challenged every single day by other athletes and my coach. It made me do things that I never thought I could. Swimming lessons has taught me that I am capable of so much more than I ever imagined. Nothing is softer and flexible than water but its force can resist us through swimming.
